Deleted within one year after we reply (longer only where the law requires for contracts).

Processors & overseas transfer
We receive inquiry emails through the following services: - Project inquiries: Zoho Mail (Zoho Corporation), stored in US data centers - Korea Help inquiries: Gmail (Google LLC), stored in data centers abroad such as the US Emails are transferred to and stored on these servers when you send them. Data items are as in 01; retention as in 03.

Deletion
Emails and attachments are permanently deleted when no longer needed.
